Extremely rude on the phone and unhelpful. I wanted to bail out my husband and the man on the line was asking me a bunch of questions I felt we’re irrelevant to the situation. For example “If he’s been in custody for a while why do you want to bail him out now?” I think the answer to this is obvious. I want my loved one out of jail! Maybe I didn’t have any money to get him out before. Does it even matter? The point is I want him out now and I thought the bail bondsman would be the proper person to ask for help.

The lady is super friendly I didn't bail anyone out but I help my best friend mom to get her daughter out of jail. Waiting for them to call back with good news prayers to getting her out.
