My LG laptop may have been compromised with malware the week of April 1, so I took my device to Aptos Computer Service to trouble shoot and remove the virus/malware. I spoke with Jessie who said they would review my program files to ascertain if my laptop was compromised. I was pleased to learn they did not detect any malware, so they were able to do a tune-up and update my drivers. I was very pleased with their level of expertise and great customer service, as well as support a veteran owned business. I would highly recommend them; they did a great job.

Overall I thought the customer service of this store was nice and polite. I also think they tried their best. But unfortunately, they weren’t able to get me results and I ended up kind of paying the diagnostic fee for nothing. I had a hard drive that had two issues I knew of already: a bad HTS journal and a loose SATA cable input. The latter was the biggest issue. I guess they helped me confirm this was the case. But I ended up taping the cable tightly and this allowed me to connect the HD to my computer.

I’ve used Aptos Computer Services Enterprises many times over the years and have always had a great experience. They are very knowledgeable, work quickly, and make the whole process easy. Their location is also convenient and easy to get to. I highly recommend them for reliable and professional computer service.
