NEVER MISS A POTENTIAL CLIENT AGAIN.

How does the business describe itself?

Fully Booked AI® | Done-For-You AI Revenue Systems for Luxury Salons Built by a salon owner who scaled to $1.4M and six consecutive Salon Today Top 200 wins—then built what she wished existed.** Fully Booked AI® solves what I call "The Luxury Contradiction": the gap between the premium experience luxury salons deliver in the chair and the basic backend systems silently leaking $144K–$312K annually through missed re-bookings, ghosted leads, and clients who quietly disappear. I'm Michele Matkovich, founder and CEO. I didn't learn this from a course—I learned it on my own salon floor, starting automation systems in 2016 out of necessity when I couldn't keep a front desk consistently staffed. Those systems helped me scale to $1 Million.
