I hired Optamiss after a dispute with my roofing company. Caris was very involved in the process and helped me reach a solution. The smart move is to hire Optamiss to oversee the project from start to finish. Lesson learned and contact saved ✅

Amilly and the team at OptaMiss were an absolute game changer for us. We had been dealing with a difficult Miami-Dade roofing permit process for months, with repeated setbacks and no clear path to approval. Once Amilly got involved, everything changed. From the time she started, it took only one week for us to have our permit approved. What impressed me most was her knowledge, responsiveness, and ability to make a very complicated process feel simple and manageable.

Amilly guided and coached me through an open expired permit on my property. She took her time to explain the steps needed, and everything worked out fine at the end. She brought me peace through a stressful situation. I highly recommend them for such great customer service.
