Unprofessional staff and terrible customer service. The security guard was caught sleeping and playing video games on their phone while on the clock. I contacted the company directly to report this security risk, but they never responded. Complete lack of safety oversight and zero communication from management

Reliable Security Staffing is an amazing company! Awesome guards, reliable service and fast response time! Never had a company do as good of job, and thought security was all the same but reliable security has shown me otherwise! Thank you Reliable Security Staffing for all the work you do and keeping my community safe! 10 out of 10, WOULD recommend!

Reliable is outstanding to work with. I manage a student housing apartment complex and the quality of people they staff as well as their commitment to my property has been night and day to the companies I’ve worked with in the past. I can’t recommend them enough!
