I am so appreciative of TY Health Insurance and Ms. Talia Adika’s help and support in getting my health insurance these two past years. I will continue to utilize them for the coming years because they make enrollment easy and stress free yet efficient and reliable. I am glad this was recommended to me and will continue to recommend it to anyone.

The team was excellent. They were responsive, easy to work with, and answered all of my questions quickly and accurately. Their customer service was terrific, and they presented me with excellent health insurance options. That was not the case with other brokers I spoke with while shopping around. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable guidance and outstanding customer service.

UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW: I spoke with Josh and he is working hard to help me find a resolution. That is the most you can ask... THAT SAID: Buyer beware. I purchased health insurance through this brokerage. I specifically asked about whether my medication would be covered by the plan I was purchasing. The team did not provide any resources for me to check specific medications in advance and brushed aside my question. Once I bought the insurance, I learned that my medication, which is a life sustaining therapy, was fully not covered.
