Once we decided that we were going with the full replacement, Nathan assisted us throughout the entire process. From working with our insurance adjuster to helping us navigate all of the paperwork. Very detailed, professional, honest and fast. I cannot speak highly enough of Nathan and Tejas Roofworks. They replaced the roof on my father’s historic home within a very short timeline in order for us to sell it. On time and on budget with frequent updates the entire time. The home was built in 1920 and the the roof featured very unique and fragile gables, awnings and gutters. After his initial inspection, Nathan brought to my attention how they would very carefully work around them to preserve their uniqueness and prevent any damage. This seemed to us like far more work than your typical modern home, which we appreciated. During the entire process I would get updates via phone call or text, letting me next steps and recommendations. In addition to the roof replacement we needed to replace some decking and Nathan guided us in balancing the cost with the safety/importance of doing it. We were also very price sensitive given that we would pay for the roof out of pocket; Nathan and his team demonstrated several times how they understood this. With only two weeks to get it done, we were blown away how quickly Nathan and the team jumped into action. Within days of our first phone call, we scheduled the work and they showed up early that day as promised. They cleaned up after themselves and left our property without any mess or debris. We felt like Nathan went above and beyond to complete our roof replacement and they exceeded our expectations. 10/10 recommendation.

Nathan (the owner) communicated exactly what he and his crew would do, followed through on the paperwork, worked well with the claims adjuster, and his crew did the roof in one day. The whole process with Tejas Roofworks from start to finish was “uneventful”, which is a good thing. Jared dealt with the insurance company, and got that funding pushed through. He came by about a week before install date to explain the process and answered all our questions. On the install day, the crew showed up around 8 AM, we hung around for a couple of hours and decided to go shopping, hello! It does get noisy in the house. We had lunch out and when we returned at 1 PM, the crew was completely done, the yard and everything was cleaned up, and it was as if they were never here, except for the shiny new roof! A week later, another crew from Tejas Roofworks, came out and installed our color matched gutters. The entire project, roof and gutters were expertly executed and finished out exactly the way I wanted it. I highly recommend Tejas Roofworks!

Look no further than Tejas Roofworks - this is one impressive company! I had to experience the contrast of dealing with a less than ethical large roofing company first in order to truly appreciate how an honest company operates. Jared Jimenez, co-owner, was the project manager for my storm damage restoration. He is patient, professional, punctual, thorough, responsive and a great listener. He made sure I understood what to expect during all phases of the project. Jose, the crew chief for the roof replacement, has 30 years experience so I knew I would be in good hands for a quality result. He even fixed errors from my previous roof install 20 years ago! His team of workers did an outstanding job on not just the roof, but all the detailing involved post-replacement. All plants were protected and cleanup was perfect. Very hard working guys - they didn't stop until all was done & rechecked! All the subs contracted for the other restoration work needed were top notch as well. The only minor glitch was not having the final configuration for attic ventilation firmed up until the day of roof replacement. Jared was very solution-oriented - re-measured my attic space, consulted with an expert from GAF, obtained the parts and seamlessly integrated the extra hole needed in my roof during the job. I now have improved attic ventilation by his extra efforts. After being mishandled and stressed out by the tactics of the 1st company, finding Tejas was an absolute blessing to take on my multi-faceted restoration project and deliver a beautiful result.
